Pt-confinement catalyst with dendritic hierarchical pores on excellent sulfur-resistance for hydrodesulfurization of dibenzothiophene and 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene

چکیده

Metal confinement catalyst MoS2/[email protected]%Ti (TD, TS-1/Dendritic mesoporous silica nanoparticles composite) in dendritic hierarchical pore structures was synthesized and showed excellent sulfur-resistance performance stabilities catalytic hydrodesulfurization reactions of probe sulfide molecules. The combines the concepts Pt-confinement effect hydrogen spillover Pt noble metal. modified micropores Mo/[email only allow migration dissociation small H2 molecules (0.289 nm), effectively keep sulfur-containing compounds (e.g. H2S, 0.362 nm) outside. Thus, exhibits higher DBT 4,6-DMDBT HDS activities because synergistic strong ability desulfurization MoS2 with a lower cost. This new concept combining metal transition can protect avoiding deactivation poison, finally guarantee for HDS.
